Job Summary:  

As an Associate in our Factory Service Centre you are responsible for the front counter customer service including; sales of accessories and parts, answering customer inquiries, receiving power tools for repair, providing information to customers concerning the diagnosis, cost estimates (as required) and shipping various Makita power tools and equipment.  You will be responsible for ensuring that the showroom is maintained in a safe, orderly, and clean manner, providing administrative support, and assisting with reports in accordance with company standards.

  • Providing excellent customer service to our clients/dealers and the public.
  • Processing invoices for sale of products and repairs.
  • Supporting the Service Centre with their administrative tasks and reports.

Job Summary:  

As a Factory Service Centre Manager-in-Training, you are responsible for supporting the manager with the daily operations and managing the Factory Service Centre in the absence of the Manger.
